- Account information: When users sign in through providers such as Google or Quran.com, we may receive basic profile information including their name, email address, and profile picture.
- App usage data: We may collect information relating to Quran recitation, Dua and Azkaar activity, reading streaks, Akhirah balances, Seeds, campaign allocations, and other in-app progress.
- Device information: We may automatically collect technical information such as device identifiers, operating-system versions, application versions, and crash logs to diagnose problems and improve performance.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use collected information to:
- Create, maintain, and manage accounts.
- Save Quran, Dua, Azkaar, Akhirah, and Seeds progress.
- Enable authentication through third-party providers.
- Operate charitable campaign allocation features.
- Diagnose bugs and improve reliability.
- Deliver product updates and improve the user experience.
4. Third-Party Services
We do not sell personal information.
We may share information with trusted providers only when necessary to operate or improve Sabiq. Depending on the features being used, these providers may include:
- Authentication: Google and Quran.com
- Backend and database services: Supabase
- Hosting: Vercel
- Analytics and crash reporting: Google Analytics or Firebase, where enabled
5. Data Retention and Account Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Sabiq account and associated data at any time.
After receiving a valid request, we will delete the user’s account, email address, and saved app progress from our databases, except for information we are legally required to retain.
6. Children’s Privacy
Sabiq is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that a child under 13 has provided personal information, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
