1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Sabiq website, mobile application, and related services operated by Uhud Labs LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

2. Account Registration

Certain Sabiq features may require users to create an account or sign in through a third-party provider, such as Google or Quran.com. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and for activity conducted through their accounts.

3. Seeds and Charitable Campaigns

Charitable donations

Seeds function only as a voting or allocation metric. Financial donations for campaigns are supplied in advance by independent donors. Uhud Labs LLC works with charitable organizations to distribute donor funds according to community engagement represented by Seeds.

Do not imply that Seeds themselves are donations or that users are personally donating money by allocating Seeds.

4. Prohibited Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Use Sabiq for an illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attempt to bypass, hack, disrupt, or manipulate the Services.
• Artificially inflate Seeds, Quran activity, Azkaar counts, reading streaks, or campaign progress.
• Access another user’s account without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to translate the software underlying Sabiq.

5. Intellectual Property

All source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, application designs, audio, video, text, illustrations, logos, and graphics within Sabiq are owned by or licensed to Uhud Labs LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

6. Termination

Uhud Labs LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account and block access to Sabiq when a user violates these Terms & Conditions.
